These Terms and Conditions govern your use of and purchases from Synaps3D (“we”, “us”, or

“our”), a company providing 3D printed products in the United Kingdom.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use

our services.

1. Company Information

2. Products and Usage

Our products are 3D printed items created either on demand or for stock. Not all items are printed

after ordering — we also maintain an inventory of pre-printed products for faster dispatch.

Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor imperfections or layer lines may be present. These are

not considered defects but a normal part of the process.

Important: Our products are not toys and should not be treated as such. While they may be

decorative, collectible, or functional, they are not designed or safety tested for play.

WARNING: Some models contain small parts and may present a choking hazard. These items

are intended for ages 14 and up. Products should not be given to young children or used by anyone

under the recommended age.

3. Product Availability and Production Times

All products are subject to availability. While we aim to keep stock of popular items, certain designs

may sell out quickly or be made to order.

Due to the time required for 3D printing and post-processing, delays may occur. We will notify

you if your order is affected and provide an estimated dispatch time or alternative options.4. Ordering and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Orders are confirmed once payment is received. Payment methods accepted include credit/debit

card, PayPal, and other methods as listed at checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, especially if we believe the

order may be fraudulent or violates these terms.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 working days after confirmation.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier. Delays may occur during peak

periods or due to external factors beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of 3D printed products, we do not accept returns unless the item is

defective or damagedupon arrival.

If your item is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and a description of

the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

7. Intellectual Property

All original designs, branding, and media associated with Synaps3D are the property of

Synaps3D or used with permission.

We also sell products designed by third-party creators. We have secured the appropriate rights or

licenses to manufacture and distribute these designs. These remain the intellectual property of

their respective creators and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

If you provide us with a model or file for custom printing, you confirm that you have the legal right

to use and reproduce the design.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in

connection with our products or services.

Use of our products is at your own risk. We make no guarantees regarding the fitness of a product

for any specific use unless explicitly stated.9. Age Restriction

Some products may contain small or detachable parts and are not suitable for children under 14

years of age.

By purchasing these items, you confirm you are over 14 years of age or are buying on behalf of

someone who meets this requirement.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted

on this page with the updated date.

12. Custom Orders

We offer custom 3D printing services, including printing user-submitted designs or creating

bespoke pieces upon request.

By submitting a design for custom printing, you confirm that:

• You are the rightful owner or licensee of the design and have full permission to use,

reproduce, and distribute it.

• The design does not infringe on any copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property

rights.

• The model is suitable for 3D printing and does not violate any applicable laws or

regulations.

We reserve the right to decline any custom order at our discretion, including those we deem

inappropriate, offensive, or legally questionable.

Quotes for custom work are valid for 14 days unless otherwise agreed. A deposit or full payment

may be required before production begins.

Note: Custom orders are non-refundable once production has started unless the item is faulty or

does not match the agreed specifications.
